Enzyme kinetic graph

Michaelis-Menten Equation is one of best knowing model of enzyme kinetic. It describes a rectangular hyperbolic plot. The other one is Lineweaver-Burke Plots or Double Reciprocal plot. It consist of three line of reversible enzyme inhibitor such as competitive, uncompetitive and non-competitive.

Our first biochemistry video

On second week of our  Biochemistry's lecture, we have been asked to make a video about the interactions between water molecules and sodium chloride (NaCl) salt when it dissolve in water. 

This video was make together  with the other member in our lab's group. In this video we are pretend to be the molecules and it have an explanation on how does the water molecules react with the sodium chloride salt that involved many type of bond.
